
Jhalu is a small town situated in Bijnor District of the northern state of India, Uttar Pradesh. Bijnor, the district headquarters is located in the east at a distance of 13 km. from Jhalu. Geographically, the town is located at a distance of 29.35° North latitude and 78.25° East longitude at an altitude of 225 metres (738 feet) above mean sea level. The nearest airport is the Haldaur Railway Station on Gajraula - Muzaffarpur Narain line at a distance of 7 km from Jhalu. The nearest airport is the Jolly Grant Airport. Dranagar at a distance of 15 km. and Nihtaur at a distance of 13 km. are important towns in the neighbourhood.
