Founded by Dr. Salim Ali, Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary is nothing but a haven for the domestic as well as migratory birds. The bird lovers are not behind, they flock here in abundance every year from October to March to have a glimpse of the wonderland ruled by coloured feathers and euphoric chirpings. Some of the birds that may come across your binocular sight are demoiselle cranes, ruddy shelducks, pelicans, flamingos, shovelers and many more.
