Kodumudi is a popular piligrim centre and it is located in the bank of River Kaveri. The river takes diversion in its flow from South to east at this place. A famous Magudeswarar temple here that the Gods Siva, Vishnu and Brahma are in one campus. It is 40 km from Erode. Bhavani The Sangameswarar Temple here is situated at the confluence of Rivers Kaveri, Bhavani and Amuthanathi. It resembles of Thriveni Sangamam at Allahabad in North India. Jambai is a place near here is well known for production of Jamakalam or the thick bedspread. Bhavani is 16 kms from Erode.
