The magnificent Tikona Fort is located at an altitude of 3580 ft above the sea level. The fort houses a Buddhist cave and water tanks which served as the source of water in those days. The main attraction of the fort is the fort's huge entrance. It is also learnt that the fort was the command center for many activities in the region during the Maratha rule. Tikona means, triangle. The fort is also built in a triangle shape. The fort is a destination for many trekking parties and also nature lovers. Inside the fort you will find many caves and also a temple of Triambakeshwar Mahadev.
