| The town of Nandgaon is at a distance of 8kms from the Murud Janjira town. The town of Nandgaon is known for it being one of the Ashtavinayak temples. The town is also known for the beautiful beach as well. The temple sees heavy crowd during the months of February and September. The annual Ganesha festival is celebrated with a lot of bhakti feeling and festive fervor. The beach is pollution free and an ideal place for relaxation. |
