Jhagrakhand is a town and a nagar panchayat situated in the Koriya district of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. The Indian census town published in 2001, Jhagrakhand had a small population of 7507. Males constitute 52% of the population and female constitute 48%. In Jhagrakhand, 13% of the population is less than six years of age. The literacy rate of Jhagrakhand is also stated in the census report, which is 63%.
