Elayavoor is a census town in Kannur district of the southern state of India, Kerala.

Ten percent of the population is less than six years of age in Elayavoor. The average literacy rate of this town is 86%, which is higher than the national average literacy rate, which is 59.5%. The male literacy rate is 87% while the female literacy rate is 85%.
