| The Bharat Mata Temple is shaped like a pentagonal cone having 5 supporting pillars in the structure. This temple was constructed by a Gandhian follower, Babu Shiv Prasad Gupt in 1936 to honor Mother India. This shrine has a marble statue of Mother India with the undivided India in the three dimensional representation. The temple is at a location overlooking the holy ghats and with the background of the Gages River. |
