| Toranmal is a small plateau, which spans an area of about 41sq. kms. The soccer shaped plateau has a stream that flows across it from south to north. Further towards the north on the same stream is the Lotus lake which derives its name from the fact that it is always covered with lotus flowers. The stream carries on and empties itself off the cliff into the gorge at Sita Khai, forming an entralling waterfall in the rainy season. The beautiful lake is called the Kamal Talao locally. |
