| Arattupuzha temple is a 3000 year old temple located around 15kms from the Thrissur town. The temple is located in a very serene and quite village of Aarattupuzha. The principal deity of the temple is Lord Ayappa.The temple hosts the annual event called "Develop", this means the congregation of all the gods and goddesses at one place. People believe that there is some divine power which radiates from the principal deity. This belief drives home the devotees. |
