While planning your trip, keep in mind that the Sri Chitra Art Gallery remains open to its visitors on all days of the week except Monday, from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM. However on Wednesdays it remains open only from 1.00 PM to 4.45 PM. It is a wonderful cultural experience and a wonderful blend of both traditional and contemporary art which is a must-see for all art enthusiasts.
