| One of the most endangered species snow leopards have been actually bred in captivity at the Snow Leopard Breeding Center under the agile guidance of Kiran Matkan. There is a worldwide effort and conservation movement to breed Snow leopards due to their dwindling numbers but it is rare to actually breed them under captivity. The Snow Leopards are kept in huge cages for allowing visitors to see them but absolute silence has to be maintained. |
