By the Lord's presence, the surroundings of Bodhi Temple were purified. Among the pathways used by Buddha during his third week of meditation; is a pathway named Cankamana lying to the north of temple. The calm and serene path is sacred and worshipped along with Buddha. The places blessed with Buddha's feet have been sculpted into lotuses made of black stone. The continuous chanting of the monks and Bhikkus recharges the atmosphere and soothes the mind and the soul.
