Fatehganj Purvi is a town in Bareilly district of the northern state of India, Uttar Pradesh.
As of the 2001 India, census report, Fatehganj Purvi had a small population of 7706 inhabitants. Males constitute 54% of the population and females constitute 46% of the population.
